The Healthy Siskiyou Outreach is a Public Health mobile outreach program that connects the community to health services and resources offered in Siskiyou County without needing to travel to offices miles away.

Healthy Siskiyou Outreach provides links to Medi-Cal/CalFresh, Women, Infant & Children (WIC), CMSP (County Medical Services Program), Oral Health Information, Veterans Service Referrals, Immunizations/Flu Clinic Information, COVID-19 Vaccine Information, Syringe Service & Disposal, Naloxone (Narcan®) Education and Distribution, Biohazard Containers, Wound Care Supplies, Rapid HIV & Hep C Testing, and Safe Sex Supplies.
