Siskiyou County Office of Emergency Services and Partners Open Warming Center in Yreka on January 29 & 30, 2023

Siskiyou County, CA - Siskiyou County Office of Emergency Services is partnering with the City of Yreka, the County of Siskiyou, the Yreka Police Department, Siskiyou County Public Health, Siskiyou County Social Services Division, Siskiyou County Health and Human Services – Behavioral Health Division, and the Yreka United Methodist Church to open a warming center in Yreka on January 29, 2023, and January 30, 2023, due to the extreme cold weather predictions.

The warming center is located at the Yreka United Methodist Church, 502 N Fairchild St, Yreka, CA 96097. The center will accept guests beginning January 29, 2023, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. and January 30, 2023 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.
