RFP - GIS Parcel Fabric, Parcel Boundary Correction Services, and Zoning Designation Boundary Correction Services
The County of Siskiyou, located in Northern California and borders Oregon, is seeking GIS Parcel Fabric, Parcel Boundary Correction Services, and Zoning Designation Boundary Correction Services.
Siskiyou County maintains records for approximately 54,000 tax parcels. The goal is to implement an ESRI Parcel Fabric, edit the tax parcel and zoning designation boundaries, to improve accuracy and provide parcel editing documentation and training to County staff.
Proposals must be submitted by way of mail, hand delivery, and/or electronic means, as described below:
- Hand Delivery: Hard copy proposals submitted by hand delivery must be received at Siskiyou County Administration, 1312 Fairlane Road, Yreka, CA 96097 on or before October 28, 2022, at 4:00pm (ATTN: Brandon Konicke, GIS Coordinator). Please note “RFP #23-02” on front of envelope.
- Mailing: Hard copy proposals by way of mail must be mailed to 1312 Fairlane Road, Yreka, CA 96097 and postmarked by October 24, 2022. Please note “RFP #23-02” on front of envelope.
- Electronic Copy Submittal: Submit an electronic copy of the proposal via email. Electronic copies shall be emailed to Brandon Konicke, GIS Coordinator at bkonicke@co.siskiyou.ca.us and must be received by October 28, 2022, at 4:00pm. Please include “RFP #23-02” in subject line.
Addendum #1 Q&A has been posted as of October 12, 2022, at 11:45am. Please note that data is available to download and review, and an additional timeframe for potential proposers to ask questions based on the data. Additional questions are due by October 17, 2022, at 4:00pm.
